概要：[抄録]本稿は、COVID-19の感染拡大が短期大学生の日常生活に与えた影響についての、若干の分析を含めた調査記録である。調査では、精神的健康の度合を測定する際に利用されるSWEMWBSにVASを適用した調査とテキストマイニングとの二元的な分析を試みた。VASを利用した単変量散布図、箱ひげ図、クラスター分析を取り入れることで、分布状況を視覚的に確認できるなど、より詳細な情報を得ることができた。また、テキストマイニングを利用することで、ヒアリングを行う際の注意点などを確認することができた。 [Abstract] This paper is a survey note including some analysis on the impact of the spread of COVID-19. In thsi survey, the following two analyses are attempted: One is to apply VAS (Visual Analog Scale) to SWEMWBS (Short Worwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale), which is used to measure the degree of mental well-being. The other is the dual analysis with text mining. The results show that the analysis of using VAS with univariate scatter plot and so on is able to better visualize the situations of the examinees, and that the dual analysis gives some implications for interviewing.

概要：type:Departmental Bulletin Paper [要旨]日本の大学では，政治学は法学系学部の科目であり，経営学系学部ではあまり教授されていない科目である。これは，政治学が社会や公共的な場を対象としたものであり，一つの企業を対象とした科目とは考えられていないからであろう。しかし，一つの企業においても政治はあり，経営に影響を与える重要要因の一つであると考えられる。そこで本稿では，政治学を経営学系学部で教授する意義について考察する。はじめに，日本の大学の現状について，いくつかの事例を見ることで政治学が経営学系学部で教授されていないことを確認した。次に，実際の経営において政治が大きな影響を与えている事例を見ることで，政治学を経営学系学部で教授する意義を検討し，二つの意義の存在が示唆された。一つは，理論と現実との間の差の中には政治があることを学生が社会に出る前に知ることができること，またもう一つは，研究においても政治学が貢献できる可能性があることである。[Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to discuss the significances of teaching political science in business administration education. In Japan’s universities, political science is considered to be a subject in the faculty of law, not in the faculty of business administration. This is because political science is regarded as a study of society or the public. However, there exists politics in even a private company, which occasionally becomes one of the important factors that affects management. Thus, teaching political science in business administration curriculum in universities is likely to be worthwhile. Through some cases, it is implied that there are the following two significances. First, students can learn that politics is one of the factors that causes the difference between ideal world and real one. Second, political science may contribute to the development of some business theories.

概要：type:Departmental Bulletin Paper [抄録]筆者は、前稿において、会計と他の領域の「取引」の考え方の差異が関係する問題について、特にその中で公会計に焦点をあてて議論し、その結果として、二つの提案を行った。本稿は、それらの提案について、さらに議論を深めることを目的としている。一つめの、公会計の財務諸表の表示に関わる―具体的にはキャッシュ・フロー計算書をより重視すべきという―提案については、プライマリーバランスとの比較も含め、単なる表示上の問題だけではなく、提供する財務情報の正確性、当該情報の利用者に与える影響の点から、その提案の有用性について議論する。また、二つめの、公会計における投資の再定義という提案については、投資とは何かという定義を一から見直すことで、その提案の意義について議論する。[Abstract] In the author's previous paper, two implications for public sector accounting were suggested.The purpose of this paper is to further discuss the implications mentioned above. In this paper, it is pointed out that the present financial statements in public sector accounting might be inaccurate due to the accounting processing method based on accrual accounting such as the estimation of depreciation, and that there is a likelihood that stakeholders might be affected by how financial statements are displayed.This paper also discusses the redefinition of‘investment’ in public sector accounting.
